Turnkey process

From site survey to first game, one team owns it all

An arena project brings together architecture, electronics, décor, software and people. We manage all of it on one timeline, with one point of responsibility.

  1. 01

    Site survey

    Timeline: 1–3 days

    What we do
We visit and measure your space: dimensions, ceiling height, columns, power, ventilation and emergency exits.
    What we need from you
Floor plan (if available), site access, target opening date.
    Deliverable
Survey report and initial layout proposal.
  2. 02

    Concept & theme

    Timeline: 1 week

    What we do
Together we pick a theme that fits your guests and your venue's identity — or build a fully branded one.
    What we need from you
Your guest profile, brand guidelines and budget range.
    Deliverable
    Approved theme and concept board.
  3. 03

    Design & 3D

    Timeline: 1–2 weeks

    What we do
Maze layout, lighting and sound plan, guest flow. You walk through the arena in 3D before anything is built.
    What we need from you
    Design feedback and sign-off.
    Deliverable
Construction drawings, 3D visuals and final quote.
  4. 04

    Production & supply

    Timeline: 4–6 weeks

    What we do
Walls, themed décor, equipment and electronics are produced, tested and prepared for shipping.
    What we need from you
Power line and floor preparation on site (a detailed checklist comes with the project).
    Deliverable
Tested equipment and décor, shipping plan.
  5. 05

    Installation

    Timeline: 1–2 weeks

    What we do
Our crew handles assembly, cabling, lighting and sound, and tests every piece of equipment on site.
    What we need from you
    Site access during installation.
    Deliverable
A working arena and test report.
  6. 06

    Staff training

    Timeline: 2–3 days

    What we do
Your hosts learn game management, safety rules, equipment care and guest experience — hands-on.
    What we need from you
    Staff available for training.
    Deliverable
A trained team and operations manual.
  7. 07

    Opening & service

    Timeline: Opening day onwards

    What we do
We're there for the first games. After that, warranty, spare parts and remote support keep things running.
    What we need from you
Your opening date and launch plan.
    Deliverable
Opening-day support; warranty and service begin.
